I GRADUATED...

It has been a long road. Yes, a very long road. I finally graduated Saturday, December 21, 2013.

My journey along the way to getting here wasn't all sparkles, gold, and pearls. Lets just start at the beginning, why not!

I graduated from high school in 2008 and headed to college. Oakland University to be exact. It was a small campus with no football team and I knew absolutely no one there. Oakland University was my moms choice, for that simple reason it was small and also had a decent college of business. Don't get me wrong OU is a great school, I just wasn't focused for the TWO years that I was there and wasted my time. As any college student, if you aren't focused on school there will be a downward spiral and that is what I on, a downward spiral. Well is was more like a hurricane, tornado, and any natural disaster that would destroy anyones world, that was me at OU.

I decided to give up and move back home after my sophomore year, well thats what I thought, my mom had other plans for me. YUP! I had to go back to school and went back that summer going into junior year. Home was great but you know how it is going from having freedom to do what you want then back to following all your parents rules. That January I transferred to Eastern Michigan University. Getting my life back on track was the plan. A college graduate.

ITS CHRISTMAS DAY

CHRISTMAS CAME EARLY

Last week my mother made a surprise visit and came to see me, along with my aunt. So happy that I was off so I could spend time with them, I believe they planned it and just didn't let me in on it. So I know this is for almost every girl who doesn't live at home, when your parents come you know there will be goodies involved. For me, this time there ways. My mother cam bearing gifts! I am go grateful for her! (there will be lots of exclamations since i'm so excited!!!!!!!!)

Yes, Christmas came early. My favorite perfume J'adore by Dior and a new travel coffee cup with lots of KCUPS!!! I can't complain at all, my favorite part is that I'm graduating on Saturday and I know I will have more gifts to come! Until next time. MuffinsNMakeup

Hello December

Since it is only December 4th and I am trying to finish what I started. My dream was to become a blogger, not just any blogger but one of those bloggers you see on YouTube with all the sponsors and cute clothes, that was my dream. My dream deferred... Keeping in mind my realistic goals that I NEEDED to achieve and focusing on my education. I feel that without an education, you will have nothing to fall back on if you just need to fall back.

With that being said, YES my blog will be updated and I will see how it goes and if I want to continue it. I will mainly be blogging about my life, fashion and beauty, I guess we will see how this works out.
